Refund policy

Delivery time: Our products are shipped from overseas warehouses and typically arrive within 10–15 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Return policy: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return process: To initiate a return or request an order cancellation or update, email us at sales@fbshoponline.com within 24–48 hours. Please provide your order number, at least two photos of the product, and a brief description explaining why you are returning or changing the item. This helps us process your request more quickly.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
